The rules for using SpotXI: service access, accounts, conduct and user protection.

Service purpose
SpotXI connects EA Sports FC Clubs players and clubs for a Live session, recruitment or friendly. The service does not organise matches and provides no payments or rating system. After an accepted session or trial, the two participants can message each other in the app.

Eligibility — ages 15 and over
Access requires declaring that you are at least 15. This declaration is not age verification and is never presented as such.

Account, EA ID and public information
Selecting an EA ID from a public roster does not prove account ownership. The stated level is self-declared. No profile is presented as verified.

Prohibited behaviour
SpotXI has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive accounts. Harassment, threats, sexual or hateful content, scams, impersonation, unlawful content, bypassing blocking and requesting account secrets are prohibited everywhere on SpotXI: profiles, club names, images and messages.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form is prohibited: sexual content involving a minor, sexual solicitation, grooming, sextortion. The content is removed, the account permanently suspended and the case reported to the competent authorities.

Blocking, reporting and moderation
Blocking takes effect immediately and stops both accounts from messaging each other. A report, including a message report, is structured and private: it never appears publicly. Every report is handled within 24 hours: content that breaches these terms is removed, and its author is sanctioned where necessary.

Suspension and deletion
SpotXI can hide a profile, a club or a message, remove an avatar or a crest, and suspend an account, temporarily or permanently. A suspension can be appealed by email to support@spotxi.app; the appeal receives a response within five days of being filed.
An account can be deleted by its owner from the app or this website’s dedicated page. A club must be transferred or closed before its owner is deleted.

Contact outside SpotXI
After acceptance, the exact two participants can message each other in the app and reveal their private contact. A conversation continued on an external channel remains their responsibility.
