SAFETY
Three rules, applied before every match.
Access is for people declaring that they are at least 15. The age category is visible before every invitation. Private contact exists only after acceptance, and only for the two participants.
- 01 Ages 15 and over Access requires declaring that you are at least 15. This declaration is not identity verification.
- 02 Category visible before invitation “Minor 15–17” or “Adult 18+” appears before inviting, accepting or sharing contact.
- 03 Contact only after acceptance No private identifier is visible in a post, list or profile. Only the two participants in an accepted match can access it.
Age categories: declared, shown, never verified.
SpotXI does not verify age or present any category as proven. The category is simply shown at the right time: before inviting, accepting and unlocking contact.
- MINOR 15–17
- ADULT 18+
- No public reputation No player-to-player ratings, no reviews, no reliability score. Public stats describe matches, never behaviour.
- No precise location The play region is a network compatibility area: no city, ping or GPS.
- Messaging only after acceptance No public or group chat. A text conversation opens between the two accepted participants, and every message can be reported.
- EA ID without proof of ownership Selecting an EA ID from a public roster proves nothing: SpotXI does not show any profile as “verified”.

A report follows defined reasons and stays private. It never appears publicly: no rating, review or reputation.

CHILD SAFETY
Child sexual abuse and exploitation: zero tolerance.
These standards apply to the SpotXI app and the spotxi.app website, published by Alex TSAGUE. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form is prohibited: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation of a minor, grooming, sextortion. The rule applies everywhere: profiles, club names, images and messages.
- Report in the app On the profile, club or message concerned, tap Report, then choose “Sexual or inappropriate content”. The report is private: the person reported is not notified.
- Report by email Email support@spotxi.app with the subject “Child safety”. Say where the content is, without attaching or copying it.
- What SpotXI does The content is removed, the account is permanently suspended and the evidence needed for an investigation is preserved.
- Reporting to the authorities SpotXI complies with child protection laws and reports these acts to the competent authorities: in France, the PHAROS platform; elsewhere, the national authorities or the NCMEC CyberTipline.
